This page explains what information nervolyne.com collects when you visit, why we collect it, and what say you have in it. We have written it in plain English on purpose. A privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.
1. What We Collect
Things you choose to tell us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We keep that message only as long as we need it to reply to you and keep a record.
Things collected automatically
Like almost every website, our system notes some technical details when you visit:
- Your IP address, usually shortened so it cannot identify you
- Which browser and device you are using
- Which pages you looked at and how long you stayed
- Which website or search engine sent you here
- A rough idea of where you are — country, sometimes city. Never your exact location
All of this is lumped together as numbers. We do not try to work out who any individual visitor is.
What we never collect
We do not collect card numbers, bank details, ID numbers or health records. We do not take payments. When you click through to buy, you leave this site completely. Anything you type from that point on is collected by the seller under their own privacy policy, not ours.
2. How We Use It
- To keep the site working properly on different phones and computers
- To see which pages people find useful so we can improve them
- To spot and fix technical faults
- To reply when you write to us
- To make sure any commission from a referral is credited correctly
- To spot fraud or attacks on the site
We do not build advertising profiles of you. We do not sell, rent or swap your information with anyone.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files your browser stores. This site uses three kinds.
Necessary cookies
These make the site work — remembering that you closed a notice, for example. The site cannot run properly without them.
Visitor-count cookies
These tell us how many people visited and which pages they read. The information is grouped together and does not identify you.
Affiliate cookies
When you click a link to the seller, their system may set a cookie noting that you came from us. That is how any commission gets credited. These usually expire between 30 and 60 days later.
Turning cookies off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking all of them may stop parts of this site or the seller's checkout from working properly. If you would rather not be tracked at all, you can go to the seller's website directly instead of clicking through from here.
4. Affiliate Links
This site uses affiliate links. If you click one and then buy something, we may earn a commission from the seller. It costs you nothing extra — the price is exactly the same as if you had gone there directly.
5. When We Share Information
We share information only in these situations:
- Companies that help us run the site: hosting and visitor-counting services, all bound by confidentiality agreements
- Affiliate networks: only the referral information needed to credit a commission
- When the law requires it: a court order or a valid request from authorities
- To protect people: where it is needed to investigate fraud or keep users safe
We do not sell personal information. We have not done so in the past twelve months and have no plans to.
6. Your Rights
If you live in the UK or Europe
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, ask for a copy of it, or withdraw your consent. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
If you live in California
You can ask what categories of information we collect and why, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and opt out of any sale of your information — although we do not sell it. You will never be treated differently for asking.
How to ask
Email us using the address at the bottom of this page. We will reply within the time the law requires — 30 days in Europe, 45 days in California. We may need to check who you are first, to stop somebody making a request in your name.
7. How Long We Keep Things, and Security
Grouped visitor numbers are kept for no more than 26 months. Emails are kept only as long as needed.
The site uses encryption (the padlock in your browser). But no website can promise complete security, so please do not send us sensitive personal or medical information by email.
8. Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it straight away.
9. Other Websites
This site links to other websites, including the official seller. Once you click through, this policy no longer applies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they do. Please read their own privacy policy.
10. Information Leaving Your Country
The companies that help us run this site may store information in other countries, including the United States. Where information leaves the UK or Europe, we rely on the legal safeguards required for that.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this page if our practices or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version. Anything important will be flagged clearly on the site.
12. Contact Us
Any question about this policy, or to use any of the rights above:
Email: privacy@nervolyne.com
Website: nervolyne.com
We reply within: 1–2 working days
For anything about an order, a delivery or a refund, please contact the seller directly. We are an independent review site with no access to their order systems or customer accounts.
